Installation Terms and Conditions ("Installation Terms")

In these Installation Terms, "we" or "us" refers to Designer Delivery Co. and "you" refers to the individual, organisation, or entity that has purchased our services. Please read through these Installation Terms carefully as they constitute the agreement under which we will provide our services to you.

Our Services

If you have opted for our installation services when purchasing your luxury item, we will provide you with our specialised installation services tailored to the category of the product you have purchased ("Installation Services"). Should you require any additional customisation or services not covered under our standard Installation Services ("Additional Services"), additional charges will apply. A written quote for Additional Services will be provided and will require your acceptance before we can proceed. We will perform all services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Price and Payment

The price for our Installation Services, as detailed on our current price list, is exclusive to the standard installation process for each luxury item category. All prices include GST. Additional Services will be separately quoted and billed. We accept payments via bank cheque (in Australian dollars only), American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and EFT transfer received in advance of services.

Disclaimer

By using our services, you grant irrevocable consent to Designer Delivery Co. and our authorised personnel to visually and/or photographically document the installation process within your property.

General

These Installation Terms comprise the entire agreement between us, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. Any modification to these terms must be in writing. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.
